Tuesday 19 Feb I received a call from CCD for the delivery of my card. They specified Friday 22 FEb for the delivery of my card, between 1 and 3. I had to make arrangements to be at the house early on Friday to wait for delivery. At 16:30 I called their offices, no response. Monday 25 Feb, I give them a call. A call centre agent took down all my details again and told me that they would deliver on friday 1 March. I told her that is unacceptable as I am going away on the weekend and need the card before Friday. She said she will speak to the supervisor and give me a call back. 3 hours later, I call them and spoke to Khanyisile. She told me delivery could only be Friday March 1 and when I told her that the card was supposed to be delivered last week Friday already, she then suggested that I go to their offices to FETCH the card!! I then asked to speak to her supervisor, I was put on hold for 10 minutes and was promised that he/she would call me back (that was Monday 25th Feb at 16:20). I am still waiting for the call and have not had any indication of when my card will be delivered. I have had to resort to reporting them to my banker who are now escalating the matter. CCD is a joke!
