I ordered a 3 x 3 PogodaTent with our company logo on the 23rd October 2013, and before making a payment i asked if the tent will be ready for friday and was told it will be delivered in Benoni, i can go and fetch it there.
I paid R6000.00 from my Absa account, after that i got an email asking for my logog of which i sent to [Email Removed], i was told that the Benoni branch will call me on friday once my tent was there.
no call came throuhg on friday, i wanted the tent for saturday the 26th since it was my granny's 90th birthday party. on monday morning i called tents south africa and told them that i still have tent and asked to speak to Fatima the manager, she promised to call me back and she never did, i sent an email around on friday the 29th asking for my money back, tuesday morning i phoned again left a message for Muzyfa to call me back and till now, i still dont have my tent or a call back or email to explain what happened.
i have nevr seen such pathetic service in my life!!!
