I visisted capitec branch today to apply a loan at the door there was no one to give me the number I helped my self then took a sit I was waiting to. Called as I was the first customer in but they sarved people that they found me there then my number was called. I did go and I was being counsulted by this consultant that didn't have a name tag I gave him my card my pay slip he took them but clearly he didn't want to assist me he pretended as he was assisting me but he was not he didn't even check my account then he ask me 4 my contract I tld him that we don't get it I gave him the number to call he told me that its says he must call monday to friday a big fat coz that numberis not a HLR. Then wen I say clear u cnt assist me he stand up angry and call the so called branch manager he come as well he didn't check any thing he jst told me wat the other guy tld him and he stands up and leave me sitting no one gave me back my card my pay slip I set there 6or more than 3 min and no 1 came and gave me my things I always recomenede them 10/10 but after tat I give them 0/10 becoz of 2 people that dosent knw wat they are doing
