I went to the Engen garage today to by fuel on my ebucks card and it kept being declined saying wrong pin when I haven't even inserted my pin and then kept being declined after that. I tried to phone the call centre coz I'm now stuck at the garage with no cash on me or any other cards this is embarrassing and I had to wait for a friend to be kind enough to bring me cash as I couldn't do anything else! How can u run a business like this and claim people can buy fuel but then u can't use u card or even get hold of someone to help you!
