Looking for feedback and assistance

My Daughter passed away 2013/01/06.
1.Bank generated Funeral policy should have been paid out within 48 hrs, my son-inlaw was advised pay out would be Wed 2013-01-09 at the latest. On this he paid cash up front. Todate nobody has come to his assistance after numerous pleas for help.
2.Human Resources and People Serve. Other than advising they will only pay for four days work into her current account (this is questionable). She passed away in service of the bank, what about leave pay, group life ins, pension etc. We need to know what is going on and need answers.
3.She nominated Std Trust as executors, service so far been shocking with ongoing comment " the servers are down". Phone is not answered and "we will come back to you" is not acceptable. We are in the dark!!
PLEASE IS THERE ANYBODY OUT THERE WHO CARES, KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON AND IN A POSITION TO HELP, GIVE HOPE AND DIRECTION
