PAID UP LETTER

I dont know if this is such a mission to actually print it out, I have been calling the call centre over and over after settling up my debt with these people and their call centre is charged call which takes about 5-10 minutes to go through to an agent' I've also sent an email on the 28/12/12 and again on the 7/01/2013 but still I'm getting nowhere with this company about getting my paid up letter. I really dont know what i need to do, its even worse coz after i paid it up they still went to deduct again saying it was an error... Its really horrible to get descent customer care these days...
