Received a sms on 15 July stating my vehicle instalment will increase by R247 as no proof of insurance was received . 16 July i sent a mail to aip services telling them that the car is still on the same insurance policy which were given ABSA before i took ownership of the vehicle in July 2010 . And not to deduct a insurance premium . 1st of August they deducted the higher premium. This is not acceptable. No call no sms or mail
