Absa vehicle finace contacted me stating i must supply proof of insurance on my vehicle otherwise they will load additional insurance on my account. The proof was faxed through on 29 April 2013 at 06h38 to Absa. My bebit order went off my account on 02 June 2013 for an amount of R5924 and it is normally R4300. This highly unprofessional and a inconvienience as i have other bedit orders going off my account, Absa will immediately refund the money deducted from my account and will also cover cost occur in respect of debit order not going off my account. I expect a manager from Absa to contact me before 11h00 on monday 03 June 2013 otherwise i will take further action against Absa.
