I have been contacted by my dentist's office saying that there is an outstanding bill (November 2012), that i need to settle, they were told that I had "resigned" from Essential med, although i have all my proof of payments. I have contacted essential med regarding this, called the call centre 3 times and was told on all 3 occasions that someone will call me back and now I received an email stating that the account is "stale", that is not my or the dentist's fault. Please sort out urgently as the dentist's accounts office wants to hand me over. Thank you
