Fnb have been my bank since 1985 and I have been banking with them ever since, I have applied for a small bond over 4 months ago and to date I still have had no clear correspondence or final approval, I keep getting excuses. I cannot get of a manager or a credit manager to talk about this problem that I have, and I think I am going to go public on the fact that they do not look after there clients best interests and are definatly not a personal bank as i have had no personal experience... its just call centres and agents etc... to be put on hold again for a further 22mins for the tenth time. This is not on and I really hope that other people haven't been treated this way. I have documentation to back my emails and am hoping that FNB doesn't ignore my last try at getting some personal service for a loyal and current Premier banking client.
