Another poor hellopeter
I needed a Dentist yesterday and I had to pay as they will no longer accept Essential med as a client. Reason being is Essential med takes too long to pay. If I had not had the money they would not have treated me. Your call centre provided me with their details, and I have made numerous calls since to you call centre but still no one has responded.
Nicole, Glennise and Laurika or all supposed to get back to me.
With this kind of service in South Africa you are another fat cat Company paid for by customers that once bought a policy and they can't get service, the lines are never answered probably due to lack of staff or not wanting to answer calls from Irate policyholders
