Terrible service from Finance Giant

Ecause of FNB's staffs incompetence when working with my application is now been unsuccessful this is not fair as because of their staffs incompetence my account has been handed over and as i am unemployed and am struggling how can i pay this as it is not my fault processing had been delayed i'm very disappointed with this caliber of service is this how such a large organisation helps their clients and provides quality service to them.
