In July 2013 I visited the dentist for a cleaning and check up which my medical scheme covers. In September I received a bill from the dentist stating that I am in arrears for 30 days. I notified essential med immediately and was assumed that the matter has been received. It is November and I received another statement from the dentist stating I am in 120 day arrears. Essential med is up my credit rating and if you people aren't going to pay the dentist tell me so that I can pay cash and cancel my scheme, because I am so tired of poor service.
The above is a complaint I logged on 27 November 2013. Feedback was given as to why the bill wasn't paid, but once again disappointment. I am still receiving sms's from the dentist stating I need to pay and you know what I do not need you guys to pay the bill just leave it I will pay the bill. please assist me by cancelling my scheme with you guys, because I never received any form of customer satisfaction.
