I am so disgusted with the service of Essential Med. I have been trying to get accounts paid since July 2013. I have a dentist account since July and I have queried it many, many times and spoken to various consultants. The last one is a HOD (Elize).. she also promised me an email explaining what Essential Med will do to get the accounts paid, but in the end NOTHING! I have a Mammogram from Bergman and Ross since November 2013. I called and asked if I can have a Mammogram and I was told that I certainly can and it will be paid under my Specialist visit. Now I get notification from the Mammogram people that the medical aid informed them that they do not pay mammograms.
Mr Mike Smith, please if you reply dont tell me that the accounts are in the process of being paid as I have heard all this a 100 times. Bergman Ross wants payment immediately.
I have told your consultants numerous times that I am going to resort to Hello Peter as I do not get any joy from Essential Med... but even that seems not to deter the very bad service received.
I do not know what else to do. Even the GM is unavailable. What else must I do?
