Since Essential Med introduced their Essential1Doctor network I've experienced enormous problems with doctors not being paid, doctors not being contacted as promised, no response from Essential1Doctor to my calls, etc. Similar situation ocured recently regarding our dentist. I finally got hold of Nicolene Williams and she went out of her way to resolve the problem to the satisfaction of myself and our dentist. I do not believe that this is the end of the Essential1Doctor problem, but atleast I now know that there is someone that is highly sufficient and can be contacted for assistance. Thanks Nicolene!
