Frightening to be on the receiving end!

More than two weeks have passed with no answers and better still when one goes into the branch itself there is no answers, just the manager calling some centre and get told I'll be contacted by forensics and guess what i"m still waiting!

So I've had it I've never complained publicly before but here it goes: I've been a happy customer of Capitec Bank for a while now and too my dismay found out two weeks ago that R55000 had been from my account via EFT and without getting any notification on my cell phone. I'm very aware that banks are business but they have a purpose and that is to serve their clients as well as protect their money.

I'm am now at the mercy of an institution to protect me... a response to this will be followed by me as to the outcome and service from the bank here on out!
