Extremely Poor Service-Capitec, yeeer!

Bad attitude happened (I am still) and poor customer service! I gave this lady all my documents and changed my old card to knew card_asked her to change employer details and debit orders to be at the end of the month! Nothing happened! She seemed to have helped me and i signed all the necessary documents as she never told me i must come with more documents (payslip to be exact) as she stamped and made me signe. I went to the bank again as the debit orders were not goin through, i was advised its goin to through on the 20th (my previous employer pay day) i asked them to manualy deduct the money and they never told me about documents again!! Now today (30May) i go the to the same girl (Reeva) she told me she could do changes as i had no payslip (of whch she ddnt advise me i needed one, and she tells me with the worst attitude! I was almost in bad books because of Capitec and Reeva! I ddnt like the service at all _to avoid interest i had to ask for manual transaction!
