Money missing from my bank account

I am Susan Gordon an account holder with account number 1169645346 at Capitec Bank. On 13/09/2012 at 14h21 I received an sms from Capitec Bank that an amount of R2950 were transfered from my savings account to 1326833667 with available balance of R30.78. I went to Capitec Bank in Stellenbosch immediately for answers as their consultants informed me that there's nothing they can do to rectify this problem as the money is already withdrawn out of this persons account. I am a cleaner at a Cleaning company in stellenbosch and were on duty when the transfer occurred. My salary is only R2900 and this savings is my hard earn money that was taken from me. I believe that Capitec Bank did not protect my account. According the Code of Banking Practice ('the Code') provides valuable safeguards for clients. Capitec Bank is personaly responsible for my losses as i did not act fraudelantly of negligent of any sort. I need this matter resolved as that hard earn savings is for my kids future.
