I wanted to take out a cellcphone contract with cellc for my business, but my accountansts had already closed for the holidays and I could not get all the paperwork I needed. So my mother signed for me after confirming with the sales consultant that we would be able to transfer the account to my business as soon as I had all the needed paperwork ready.
Early february I started the process of account transfer, wich I thought would be simple: submit paperwork, wait, confirm, done. It has now been 9 months and the accounts have still not transfered. Nobody ever gets back to me. Every time I go back to the store to ask if it is doen yet, they complain that there is till outstanding paperwork. I have mailed them said paperwork, printed it out and fisically handed it in, but every month the money is still decucted from my morther's account.
It is redeculous!!!
