Was Told To Drive To PMB To Get My Money Back

In The Month Off September I Went On Holiday To PMB And Made Two Withdraws From AN FNB ATM
Amounts Off R600 And R1200 I Visited The Branch 3 Times To Resolve This Issue

1. Submitted All The Paperwork No Results Not Even A Phone Call

2. Went To The Bank To Check Up Progress Only To Find Out That No Paperwork Was Submitted And The Lady That Helped Me Had Left The Branch So Again I Filled Out The Paperwork.

3. Returned A Few Days Later And Again No Paper Work Was Submitted And There Was Nobody Who Knew Anything About My Claim I Was Told To Fill Out The Paperwork Again, And Then Was Told To Drive To PMB In KZN To Ask Them For My Money..

I Am Sick And Tired Off This Branch And There I Will Move My Business Account To Nedbank And Never Deal With This BRANCH.
