Funeral cover taking more than 35 days to be paid!

I took a fuuneral cover for my siblings with them. i was told they pay out within 48 hours on signing the contract. My brother passed away on the 1st of June. I reported to them on the 3rd of June, after being transferred from one person to another. I bought about R200 airtime trying to get hold of them, and only getting their tone, which i know off by heart now! They told me they will have to investigate the cause of death and it will take 2 weeks. I then called the following day to confirm if they recieved the paperwork, upon which they said they had not. On that day i was told it will now take 35 days for them to investigate the death of my brother. After a week of silence, i received a call from a guy saying he only got the paperwork that day and he will be my contact person. Since then i had nothing from him. i called on Friday, with no luck, only the ringtone, as always. i called today, luckily i went through to the guy. he could not find my claim and was telling me that i had claimed for a damaged car or something! i had to hold while he was searching for my claim. When he finally found it, i was told my claim was still under investigation! no pay out to this day! So angry!
