Poor service

Call centre, a disaster.
Firstly for calls to go through it is a mission. When it finally goes through clueless people are on the line. Thirdly no one calls back. I had problems with my stove and the call centre told me they will be sending someone. After 3 days of waiting I called them again and I was told to find a service provide pay him and I can claim from them. I was told to send all the infomation to Sakkie which I did. After that nothing happened. Had to call and ask. Apparently my money was paid to the service provider that I do not know about. Surprise, surprise! How is it paid to the service provider when I am the one claiming. It has been 5months now but no help. Last time i was told that it is under investigation. They will call and update me, nothing until now. I tried to call few times and fail to go through. Does it mean that I have to give up on my money? I am definitely thinking of changing my insurance. Enough is enough
