Debit Order took money twice

I have a 6 months loan with Finchoice (last payment month July 2013). I made arrangements with them to settle my loan this month, meaning that they were to debit the settlement amount of R3087.76 instead of R1612.93 that I pay every month. Instead they debited both amounts, The first debit order of R1612.93 on the 14 June 2013 and an amount of R3087.76 on the 15th June 2013. I want to be refunded my money, clearly the customer agent who did the settlement for me did not cancel the normal monthly debit order. This has caused an inconvenience to me. I DEMAND MY REFUND IMMEDIATELY.
