Unhappy about their Poor Service!

I've been a loyal customer since 2012 and my loan repayments always up to date.
On the 15th July 2013, I contacted the call centre, spoke to one of the consultants and asked that my debit order go off on the 19th July 2013, only for that month as I had enough money in my account for the debit to be paid early and then as of the next month it could go off on the normal pay date, being at the very end of the month.
But I noticed, they tried to debit at the end of July as well, whereby the bank charges me R16 for a returned debit order as there was no funds in my account. Why would Finchoice want to deduct my account twice in one month? Last week I checked my balances and see that I'm unable to make use of any options, which was always available to me. I sent an Sms to 083 8555 700 on the 4 Sept 2013 (approximately 1 week ago) to skip this month's payment as I need extra money this month due to personal obligations. Since then no one has contacted me. I've sent two requests online, but still received no response. Please have someone return my call urgently and sort out this situation immediately!
