Nedbank transfers funds into incorrect account

Firstly my card expired without me receiving any notice of expiry, it was at this stage discovered that I was issued with an incorrect card-one that did not earn me any greenbacks in the 10 years of this account but more importantly leaving me stranded without access to my cash. Last week I closed this account due to the pathetic service and the bank employee transferred my savings into my new bank account saying it will reflect in 3 days. Today, still no funds available in my new account. Upon querying with the bank employee, it was then discovered that she captured my new banking details incorrectly so once again due to Nedbank I am left ubanble to access my funds! Also a few weeks ago at the internet banking kiosk, I alerted the customer services lady that there was no reception in that area-her response was 'Mam you're not allowed to use a cellphone in the bank'. Nedbanks own personel do not seem to be aware that Netbanking works with mobile code acceptance! Shocking and pathetic to think we trust Nedbank with our hard earned money!!!
