I went into FNB some time ago to change my account type. When I did this they updated all my details but never asked me for my postal address. I insisted on giving it to them because I dont have a secure mailbox at my residential address but FNB insisted that they will never send me anything in the post because they email everything.
Guess what. FNB sends me a letter to my residence dated 2013-05-30 saying they are moving my branch. Another minus for FNB. A few more minuses and I'm moving my account out of FNB (but less reluctantly than I brought it in).
