The service I have received from my insurer since the beggining of the year is truly saddening. Budget sees fit to change details on my profile without my consent and puts me in a compromising position. First my debit order date was changed from the 1st of the month to the 25th, I dont know why but was told that it's the "system" the debit order for the 25th of Jan returned as an unpaid and I encurred charges from my bank, it was again submitted on the 31st of Jan, not authorised by me, it went through successfully. My concern is that I instructed Budget to debit on the 1st, why debit on any other day than the 1st? Then my postal address details were changed and I got a letter dated 29 Jan 2013 at my residential address as opposed to my postal address. The letter was open when I got it and now my personal information and banking details have been exposed. Someone is really busy making changes on my profile and the are just not fit for me. If I can get another insurer it would be the best thing...
