Very back feedback/ response from AIG Claims Dept

I send all my doc in on the 24 May to AIG in order to proses my claim for stay in the hospital. it is now 3 weeks later and no response from AIG. I phoned them just to hear they want the full hospital account (for a 2nd time) and a section 2 form. If they look at the hospital bill which I have emailed to them, they would see the date of admitted and date of leaving the hospital. With a spine operation I don't think anybody would about!! For sure I think once I receive my claim, I WILL DEFINITELY CANCEL ALL MY AIG POLICIES AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WITH BETTER SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE!!! People that phone there customers and let them know if they require any other proof!!!
