Good day
I am a VERY UPSET client. I went to FNB on Wednesday to find out how do i apply for the cell phone contracts.
I was informed that i can open ANY cheque account, as i am a current saving account holder the lady said i can just upgrade to a smart cheque account. which i did. till now i still havent had any responce back regarding the cell phone contract. i phoned in now to find out if i qualify? i had to hear that you have to have a gold cheque account... i mean really do they work on commision? to tell me one story and to hear another story... service is pathetic!!! will be closing my count, husbands account and the kids account and rather go somewhere where they give the right info!!!
