Downgrade my gold cheque account

Good day, to whom it may concern.

I requested this a few days ago and no-one has come back to me.

Can you downgrade my Gold Cheque account to a Smart Cheque Account with the Unlimited fee option at R84.00 per month.

My reason is that I have lower my bank charges, due to financial reasons. Can someone contact me during this process.
