A follow up on a previous complaint that was not resolved by Standard Bank. The incorrect EFT payment has still not been refunded to me being a Prestige Banking Client of Standard Bank when immediately reported at the initial autobank. Capitec Bank is sitting with the funds in the dormant account and between Standard Bank and Capitec - no one is prepared to assist me in getting my money refunded to me - who is getting the interest on my money - will the money be stuck between bank red tape issues and when will this be resolved? Can we as the customer ever trust banking systems being above board and being legal citizens of this country? There seems to be NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all!
