Dec 2012 my vehicle was damaged due to hail and I submitted a claim. In March my car was taken for repairs and Emmanuel insured that I get a courtesy car in April, due to the slowness of the repairer, Trans Letaba Tzaneen, the 30 day rental period ended however the courtesy car was not taken away from me. I constantly was in communication with Emmanuel who ensured that I retain it till my car gets fixed. He did all he possibly could to get my car fixed while ensuring I have a car as well.
I am pleased that we still have agents who take the concerns of clients to heart, my belief is that a customer can only be satisfied if they feel the business cares about their needs and that's what Emmanuel being dial Direct has done.
