Charged R68 for my first card

I applied for a smart savings account online about 4 months ago and the application was held back and I was told to visit a branch with my ID and proof of address to activate my account, I did that on Wednesday (It took 1 and a half hours to get that sorted out) and received my first statement with a Bank charge of R68 for a Card Replacement Fee! I want that fee to be cancelled!

This is my first card that I received from FNB and I have to pay for it?

I was thinking of swapping over my current account but I will never now.
