FNB Credit Card Application

I'm writing to inform you that I had a negative experience the past 3 months with my credit card application. First of all, I recognize that you, as the reader, are not responsible for my bad experience, but I am still upset about the situation.

I applied for a credit card 3 months ago; provided the appropriate documents to complete everything, all was in order. For weeks I didn't hear anything. I was told the card was on its way. When I phoned again, I was informed that I need to provide more documents. I did (afresh) and once again the card was on its way, provided that I made it clear that the card must be sent to the Hatfield branch. It was send to Wynberg. This happened with my Cheque card as well. I phoned again and a new card was issued to Hatfield. Waited a month, no card received. Phoned again and no one could help. Finally I was told the application was accidentally cancelled by the person who was supposed to issue the new card to Hatfield. After several more calls, they apologized and assured me it will be sorted. Its been a month since my last contact with FNB and nothing happened.

I'm very disappointed and I would like this situation to be resolved. Please... :(
