FNB is just like BEEP BANK

I applied for a cheque account, and 2 weeks later, no one has contacted me regarding the delivery of my card. FNB called me regarding a credit card, 1 week later, no delivery of the credit card. I applied for an Islamic youth account. FNB called me to deliver the card to Ladysmith when I am based in Johannesburg. I wanted to convert my child's account to an islamic youth account... it was done at Sandton city. when i asked for a new card, I was told to come back to the branch in 2 weeks.

FNB, you are just like beep bank!
