I took out a loan with fnb in december 2012, i the settled the loan on the 11/05/2013. they went and debited R1200.00 from my account on the 31/05/2013. i went to the bank on the 03/05/2013 to have my money rereversed, i was told that it will take 24hrs, after 24hrs no money was reversed, i went back and was told that it takes 7 days to have you money reversed as long as you are banking with them and the loan is from their bank, afte7 days no money came through, i went back and was told that it will take 24hrs for me to get my money, and today i finally got my money, but to my suprise i got R1000.00 instate of R1200.00. So i need my flippen R200.00 and i need it as in yesterday!!! you know i never thought that a bank as huge as FNB whom i have been banking with for morethan 5yrs, could rip me off and be so incopetent in this way!!! I need my money and i need it now!!! you were not supporsed to have debited it in the first place, so do not give me any striries about my money being less. I SETTLED YOU MONEY AND FAXED YOU THE PROOF SAME DAY OF RECIEVING THE SETTLEMENT LETTER, SO YOU SHOULD ACTUALLY BE COMPESATING ME FOR THE ENDLESS TRIPS I MADE TO YOUR BANK, NOT RIPPINIG ME OFF!!!
