Settled loan but still being debited on my account

I had three loans with fnb n I got a loan from african bank to settle dem .they were all settled on the 24/6/13 but still on da 28/06/13 they debited my salary. I went to fnb in dbn @ mobeni branch and I was asd to provite proof n I dd.the settlement amounts dd appear on da system n da debit orders.on 02/07 I went to fnb @ sunward park banch to find out wen is my money gona be refunded n wen fnb loan department was contacted I ws asked to resubmit proof of settlement again, why is dat cos I dd submit it in dbn
