I never thought I could be robbed by the ATM in April 2013 I went to deposit money at an ATM at Jabulani Loan Centre ATM the ATM retained my money and never gave me a reciept. Went inside the branch and consultants acknowledged that the machine has a culture of doing that we then filled the forms and they said it takes up to 4 working days for the money to be reversed and everytime I go to follow up they say they will escalate it. I eventually got tired of going there as it is, costly for me to go there always it was R200.00 that got retained so I have lost more than that while trying to chase this money. Banks charge interest on money taken from them I wish they can pay me my money plus 6 months interest. For all we know they have made 6 times my money with this money. Wish they can give me a positive response.
