Approved Loan then revesed then charged

I applied for a loan through African Bank after I was told they approve loans with in 2 to 3 days. Well 2 weeks later my loan was finally approved, money was then deposited. But less within the same day of receiving said loan I was told a mistake had been made and that my account had been frozen. 2 days later the money was reversed as it was over a weekend and I was left with bank charges of R240 nearly 2 weeks later I get an sms on my phone to say I was in a minus if R7840 I rushed to my FNB branch and queried this money and know one could tell me what was going on. Only that a Mr Molilo from the legal department instructed FNB to debt my account with said amount. I was devastated after numerous calls and a bill of R150 of airtime finally a Mrs Sonette Botha called to ask a few questions it seems African bank double debited my account. I still cant believe that there is no communication between institutions. I have lost money that was paid into my account due to this minus amount and have been left with a bank charge of R250. I am still waiting on there response. I do not feel African Bank is the best people to go to if you need a loan. I am hoping this matter get sorted
