I have a FNB Business Petrol card which I no longer need. I have phoned multiple times and and sent multiple e-mails to cancel and close this account. To add injury to insult they then event charged me the annual card fee after the account was suppose to cancelled and closed.
Today I phoned in again. Now there is no record of any of my previous request apparently. So much for recording the telephone conversations etc.
The worst bank ever!
