This is the umpteenth time I have a problem, either trying to log onto your internet banking site, or your cell phone banking and your service is down. The other problem is your credit notification proses. I some times only receive a notification of money paid into my account 3 to 4 days later. If one looks at the exorbitant fees your bank charges for transactions and the attitude you have towards the debt review proses, you would think that your service delivery on your products would be way above reproach. Well I am very sorry to inform you, but you fail severely. My suggestion would be for you to save your clients the frustration and yourself the embarrassment, rather get out of the banking sector if you do not know what it takes. The electronic service you offer is not there for window dressing, it should actually be a convenience.
