Still getting charged on my closed petrol card

More than 3 months ago I changed from banks, going from FNB to standard bank. When I moved I closed all my fnb accounts. All my accounts included a petrol card. Which I paid in full and asked FNB to close it. Which they did (was suppose to). I don't even have the card anymore. This morning I get an sms that I am R300 in arrears and I better pay now or be blacklisted. This on an account that has been closed for more than 3 months. I refuse to pay it, as I did not use the card, and the account was suppose to be closed. Pathetic indeed, very glad I moved away from them
