I had a Bond account with FNB, sold my house, Bond was cancelled. I had an Old Mutual Policy linked to the Bond that I now want to cancel as it is not needed anymore. Old Mutual requires a letter from FNB stating that the policy is not applicable anymore before I can cancel this policy. Nobody can help me, they send me from one department to the other.
