I want to cancel a policy which is linked to by ABSA bond account. My insurance company requested a form to be completed by the bank to release the policy. i have completed the form and faxed it to the call centre which I have received automated responses indicating that the query was forwarded the home loan department. It is now almost 3 weeks I have not received any feedback. I have called the home loan department and was informed that the policy has been cancelled. When i phone my insurance company they informed me that the policy has not been released.

Can you please assist urgently for the possibility of releasing the policy.
