I got phoned by a person from betterlife yesterday at 10 am, to get a life insurance policy with them for my bond they made it sound like i needed it for my loan, which they had all my details for so I said yes as I want to get my loan.
They said they would send me contact number via sms with their name which they never did, there name sounded like the name given, they said they would email me forms they never did.
I contacted my bond administrator and they said i dont need life insurance to get the bond. So I want to cancel it but i cant get hold of anyone to cancel it. I want it to be canceled in writing and sent to me as proof that it was canceled. There is a 30 day cooling off period and it was only yesterday that I was contacted. So I have every right to cancel it.
Please get back to me asap to cancel this policy.
