I accidentally paid in R2000 extra to my personal loan account and asked for it to be refunded. I submitted proof of payment and lodged a reversal with the call centre on 6th June, only to be told it takes 10-15 days to refund. I find this absolutely scandalous seeing as they can loan you thousands in less than half an hour! Whats more I have sent 2 emails to customer service inquiring as to what was going on and despite the system email saying I would be contacted in 24 hours I have heard NOTHING from Direct Axis. Please just refund my money
