For two months now i have been trying to cancel this policy from old mutual. To start with i was sold something that i did not agree to. I told the the financial adviser that i only need a life cover and funeral covers for 4 sub members. when i went to Old Mutual to cancel the things that i don't want I was told that i need to fax the head office. i don't know how many times i have been faxing and still no response. the same thing is happening with the Max investment that i need to cancel. i can't take this anymore i just need to cancel those plans as they are not needed.
