Hi FNB,
We as customers have a certain expectation (Good expectation) when we see the name FNB. But my recent dealings with FNB Insurance has been pathetic (which never used to be the case in the past I must add). What is going on at FNB Insurance; I have been waiting for feedback from Lomacia Cave for the last 3 months and she does not even pick up the phone; hello you are not providing my free service; I am paying for it; every month!!! I call your call centre; someone takes my number down and promises me that they will call me (since 19th of March 2013).
