Good day,

I phoned a couple of times last week and this week for someone to assist me with a payment I made and the wrong amount was taken out of my account.

The service I have been receiving is shocking, the one lady shouted at me and slammed the phone down in my ear???

You are suppose to be one of the best banks and hence the reason why I moved banks.

But this last week has only been a struggle with FNB. No one are able to help me and give me a solution for the problem???
