LACK OF RESPONSE TO EMAILS AND CALLS

Good Day, I sent an email to Jerry on 20/2/2013 requesting information on our insurance - no response. Again sent a message on the 21/2/2013 - no response. Phoned in later and asked to speak to Jerry and the lady that answered the call said that his line is busy. I explained the above to her and she said that he was working through his e-mails and would respond still that day. Its Monday and still no reply. I phoned in again this morning and a gentleman assisted me with my query as Jerry's manager was not available (his line was busy). I asked him that the payment does not go off for March on the vehicles that I am cancelling on my insurance and he told me that the debit order run has been completed and that the payment is scheduled to go off on the 1st of March. He made a note for this to be credited again. I then asked him to speak to Jerry's manager but his line was busy and asked him please if he could get him to call me as I'm not pleased with this service. He confirmed my telephone numbers and said he would get him to call me. Its more than 3hours ago and still no call! We have never had such poor service before from FNB Insurance Broker! Highly DISAPPOINTED!!!
